1. Overview

At our store, we stand behind the quality and performance of every bike we sell. We aim to provide a fair, transparent, and competitive return policy that gives our customers confidence while protecting against misuse.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery (U.S.) or 21 days (international orders)
• The bike is unused, unregistered, and in original condition
• All original packaging, manuals, tools, and accessories are included
• The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or modification

Non-returnable items:
• Used or ridden bikes
• Bikes with modifications or aftermarket parts installed
• Clearance or final sale items
• Consumables (e.g., brake pads, tires, batteries if used)

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our support team with your order number
2. Provide photos of the product and packaging
3. Wait for return authorization (RMA)

Important:
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
    • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For international returns:
• Customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and shipping costs

  1. Inspection & Restocking Fee

All returns are inspected upon arrival.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
• Additional deductions may apply if:
• Packaging is damaged or incomplete
• Parts are missing
• The product shows signs of handling beyond inspection

  1. Refunds

Once your return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection

Deductions may include:
• Shipping costs
• Restocking fees
• Payment processing fees (if applicable)

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your bike arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos/videos of the issue

We will offer one of the following at no cost:
• Replacement parts
• Full replacement bike
• Full refund (if issue cannot be resolved)

  1. Order Cancellations
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund
    • Orders canceled after shipment are treated as returns and may incur fees
  1. Warranty (Separate from Returns)

All bikes are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for defects and performance issues.

This does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or assembly
• Unauthorized modifications

  1. International Orders

For global customers:
• All sales are subject to local import laws
• Customers are responsible for customs clearance
• Returns must be shipped back to our designated facility at the customer’s expense
• Refunds will exclude original shipping and duties

  1. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:
• Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
• Deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse or fraud
• Charge fees for excessive or repeated return
